nights camped

After tonight, we will have camped 37 nights this year, assuming this is our last trip. Pretty goods, considering our third daughter was born July 4th. She's camped about 1/6 of her life!
We bought our trailer last July 18, after 1 2 years of tenting it, and have done 80

nights total

Wondering what the norm is on how many nights? We pull it everywhere we go, but the farthest we've gone is about 200 miles away.

Hope everyone had a great year, and made many great memories.

I'm amazed with 3 girls you guys had time to camp.
Probably it is a good way to relax.
Good for you.

Good job in getting out and enjoying your trailer. I think sharing the 4th of July with a birthday would be fun.

Currently I have camped 29 nights but have 3 more trips scheduled for 2012. I have plenty of free time; it's the budget and coverage for dad that limits me going a wandering.
Great choice for "Living within my means" and camping for one...

Bought the trailer around the 1st of Sep....

Since we've camped 7 nights in Sep, 5 nights in Oct and once this trip is complete, 6 nights in Nov, and we're planning to camp the last week of December, still need to see how the weather is at that time, which will determine which way we go, south or southwest......

Prior to trading our trailer, we had camped a total of 21 days between Apr-Aug.... several 3 day'ers and one 6 day camp in the old trailer.

Two trips this year have been of the 500 mile range. Each of those trips we've taken two days to get to the destination, with a stop half way at a campground along the route. really like the new trailer, big step-up with regard to room and ease of set-up.

We brought our camper home on July 14 and spent 40 nights in it. Our longest trip was 700-miles each way to/from Alabama. By the end of the year, we'll go to Florida for almost 2 weeks and should have a total of at least 50 nights in. Unfortunately, most of that wasn't vacation time for me and I've worked from the camper many of those days (including a week where I rented a car and had to go into the office which was 300 miles away and left the wife and kids behind).

We'll see what 2013 brings!

p.s. and that's all with an 8 year old daughter and a son born on June 1!

We camped 40 nights in 2013, traveling about 7,000 miles.

I will winterize the camper today, then it is time to bust out the RZR and do some winter trail riding.

The kids (in their 30's) think we have lost our minds, but we are living life to the fullest.
