no cable signal

I'm at a campground in myrtle beach and hooked to the campground cable. I'm not able to get anything but what my antenna is picking up. What could I be missing. I have a Coachman Apex with a Jenson entertainment system. Any help would be appreciated.

Turn off your TV antenna booster, tell your TV you're using cable, rescan channels.

Never mind I solved my own problem by going to a forest river search of old problems. Thanks anyway.

I'm with 5picker. Tell us what your problem was -- to help others with the same issue.

Hmmmm....My cable connection never worked, but attaching the cable to the satellite input on the side of the TT, and then scanning for cable worked. I never turned off the booster, either for the cable jack or for the satellite jack.

I need to test that out next time I have cable available. (I cut the cord at home.)

Also, at the campground, I scan using the antenna, then switch to cable and scan again. My tv remembers BOTH sets of channels. More variety! (A little bit of legwork changing channels, tho. But then I grew up before-remote, BR not AR.)

I had not thought about scanning for channels . Have not setup a tele for years. I found the solution by searching the old topics. Thanks to everyone for their help and Thanks to this forum.
