No power to stabilizer, slide out or awning switch

This weekend we took our new Salem Cruise lite 273QBXL out on our second trip. When I arrived at the campground I couldnt get the stabilizers, slide out or awning to operate using the switches on the accessory panel. I checked all the fuses and breakers, none of which were blown or tripped. At the time I was plugged into shore power so I unplugged the trailer, and still had nothing. I plugged the trailer in and tried the remote, which operated all the items just fine. Besides those items everything else(ie water heater, pump, lights ect) all worked as normal from the panel. When I contacted my local dealer(s), I was told that it would be about 3 weeks before they could get it in...So I'd planned on taking a look at it myself this weekend, but was wondering if anyone else here has had something like this happen and what the issue was. Ive read that there is a inline fuse behind the breaker panel and had planned on looking there first...but thought Id see if anyone else had been down this road before.

I had control panel go out, just like yours, except no remote involved. Tech found ground wire in the power distribution box (fuse box) that had not been fully stripped.

So the wire's insulation was partially under the screw head. An easy fix once he tracked it down. It had been going out intermittently before it finally went out fully.

Another example of poor factory QC.

Hope this helps.
