I have been with the same dealer thru 5 different campers now and am very pleased with their service. Wolves Camper Sales in Washington, WV have dealt with us fairly and usually pretty quickly. In some instances, they have gone above and beyond what I was expecting. I know there are bound to be bad dealers out there just like there are bad car dealerships that I will not deal with. Guess I got lucky and found the right dealer years ago, and I'm glad I can give them a shout out.

There are good ones and bad ones and I think a just as important part of the buying process for choosing a R/V... is choosing a dealer. Especially if you are NOT handy and will rely on dealer support after the sale. We've been fortunate to have several. Our most recent being B&R Camper Sales in Butler, PA.

My dealer had been great. Reimbursed a converter replacement from when I was out west. Dealer there would have made me pay for it or wait 10 days until he did get the warranty approved. My local dealer reimbursed me on the spot and said he would deal with rockwood. They also took care of neighbors minor warranty with his trailer he didnt purchase there but got approval from manufacturer they don't represent. I love my dealer!

I once received some good advice. Find a great dealer and find something he sells that will with for you and then buy it there.

This is sad.

What kills me is this scenario. Call to make an appointment; get one that is 3 months out. Bring in your trailer. 3 weeks later they get it in the shop. Ordering parts takes another month. 3 more weeks before they work on the trailer once the parts are in. 5 months later, you have your trailer; and it may or may not actually be repaired.

I purchased three RV's from two different dealers in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. American RV and Northtown Motorhomes. Both have always treated me well and I have no complaints.

I am very happy with my dealer.Pleasureland in Long Praire MN. They have worked very hard to get a quick turn around on any work done. And the techs explained and showed me the a work done.

Do you have a battery master disconnect switch on your camper? If not, there can be electrical usage which drains the battery. Did the dealer think of that possibility?

Our dealer has been great for repairs, both in and out of warranty. It is Lloyd Bridges in Chelsea, MI. We have been with them going on 6 years at this point. I have even been able to make appointments, bring in my trailer, and wait for the job to be done. We bought our TT from them and they give a discount to buyers who come back for parts and service. They have been super to work with.
