Noisy MaxAir fan even at low speed.

What needs to be done to silence it?

is it hitting the sidewalls of the fan like a ticking sound?

Is the screen full of pollen, debris or is the fan blades covered in dust/dirt?

Have you tried taking off the screen at all?

I have owned 4 Max Air fans and never heard a loud one. They do get a bit louder as they get dirty.

Unless something went bad or is hitting, we can only speculate.
I've had quite a few and none have been noisy.

What can be done to silence it... what have you checked/tried?
