Not gonna winterize again...

..... What? Took a trip a couple of weeks ago and decided it surely wouldn't get cold enough to worry about, right? 81 degrees on Saturday afternoon and 18 degrees Sunday?!?! Went Sunday morning (still 25 but still dropping) and found some pink stuff and pumped it in after bypassing and draining the water heater and low points... Nothing frozen yet, but I'm sure it was close! Welcome to Texas in the winter. The high today was 26 at my house, and it will likely drop back into the low teens tonight. Where's that danged groundhog when ya need him?

Yeah we're facing much the same here in LA. Temps plummeted beginning about 7 PM last evening and it didn't get above freezing today, with sleet and snow flurries off and on all day.

I'm officially *done* with this winter.

Those are some warm temps you're complaining about. Please send those horrible temperatures north, texans being hospitable and all

They're not warm when you're not accustomed to them. Remember what a few inches of snow did to Atlanta, right?

I remember seeing a picture of a 4x4 pickup spinning its back wheels only in the atlanta area. Apparently 4wd is only for mud

We got to 17 I think today. Started at 2 I believe. But those numbers are on the plus side of zero for a change. Thankfully there was no wind to bite extra deep.

4wd only makes all wheels spin on ice. We always get ice in Atlanta, wish for good powder snow. However, it will never be -40 where I live. So take the good with the bad

Spent 11 days in TopSail Hill Preserve near SanataRosa Beach Florida.
We lucked out and had good weather! Our friends who stay there all
winter just took their bikes out of storage when we got there because it's
been a yucky winter there- until now.
We had shirt sleeve afternoons every day but 2 when it rained.
Still had to re-winterize on our last afternoon because the predicted low
at home was gonna be 18.
14 right now....
Feel sorry for you guys north of the Mason Dixon.....

Come on Spring!
I'd rather be doing this-->
