You may have an alignment issue on that axle. If it is very minor and the tires are likely to age out before they wear too badly rotating the tires regularly may distribute the wear enough to compensate, but it is almost always safer/wiser/better to have the alignment problem sorted out - think safety here, tires are not to be trifled with.

We had the same problem. Was told that it was an alignment problem also. Traded trailer before I had to do anything.

Really most people do not rotate trailer tires being there is no drive axle, so anyway would be good. Not like truck tires which is an X rotation.

I had that issue on a Wildwood trailer. Turns out one of the axles weren't in line with each other. The hangers were not welded on the frame properly, causing the axle to be out of line.

I just took mine in for some warranty work. One of the problems was the right rear tire wearing the outside rib. My dealer said that Lippert has a new axle on the way. It took six or seven thousand miles before it wore enough to be noticeable. I have a tpms and I noticed that tire usually ran a little hotter than the others. If you are out of warranty you could just take it to an axle and frame alighnment shop.

We only have two tires on our camper, and I don't rotate them (they will very likely age out before they wear out), and I'm the sort that would get the alignment fixed rather than move the tires around, but if you were so inclined, rotation pattern usually is not that critical so long as the interval and pattern is always the same. That said, if the alignment issue too bad all you are going to accomplish is to ruin all of your tires.

Can you post a picture of the wear pattern? Is it worn on the inner or outer edge only? If so it it evenly worn all the way around or do you have scalloping in the tread? Is only the center worn? The wear pattern will tell you what type of issue you have, and if you are lucky it's down to tire pressure (center-only wear is often over-inflation, both inner and outer edges worn often under-inflation) but if that's all it is you should know already (because you do check your tire pressure before you head out each time, right?)

Side view of problem side of trailer and tire. Front or rear view of tire, picture of the axle with suspension of bad tire.
