We only have two tires on our camper, and I don't rotate them (they will very likely age out before they wear out), and I'm the sort that would get the alignment fixed rather than move the tires around, but if you were so inclined, rotation pattern usually is not that critical so long as the interval and pattern is always the same. That said, if the alignment issue too bad all you are going to accomplish is to ruin all of your tires.
Can you post a picture of the wear pattern? Is it worn on the inner or outer edge only? If so it it evenly worn all the way around or do you have scalloping in the tread? Is only the center worn? The wear pattern will tell you what type of issue you have, and if you are lucky it's down to tire pressure (center-only wear is often over-inflation, both inner and outer edges worn often under-inflation) but if that's all it is you should know already (because you do check your tire pressure before you head out each time, right?)
