Ordered our first Travel Trailer

Well the wife and I just ordered our first travel trailer.
We got a Flagstaff Micro Lite 23LB. We are really excited about this new toy.
I have been researching trailers for some time now and have been working with a local dealer. I got quotes from both RVW and RVDirect, the local dealer beat both of their quotes. I was happy about that since I have read that the online dealers have about the best prices.

Dealer said 8-10 weeks for the trailer to come in, seems reasonable.

Congrats on your new trailer!

The 2 most fun days of my last 3 months...The day I ordered the trailer and the day we got it. I don't know how long you researched but for us it was 13+ months.

Thanks everyone.

We have been researching for several months now. We had a pop up that we sold about 15 years ago. The wife and I have spent the last 5 years touring on a goldwing trike. We have had many a good times but after being snowed on, sleeted on, hailed on and many many thunderstorms, I am ready for a little more comfort now. So we sold the trike and got a TT.

Can't wait to continue our adventures!

Looking forward to meeting new friends along the way.

Happy camping. Going through s. Georgia last Sunday, in a hard rain we saw a couple on a trike stopped under a overpass taking a break. If we had room we would have loaded them up.

We also arrived at Micro Lite after a lot of research. We ordered the 21FB which is about the same as the 23 except for the bathroom.
