yes we do have water and sewer i have to run a hose across the driveway thinking about running a water line to eliminate that, and i cut a 3" pvc pipe into my septic system, don't use it often because we always clean the tanks at the dump station on the way out if we don't camp at a full hook-up site, I ran the line just in case we loose power for an extended time we can stay in the TT and run it off the generator.
