our campers new home

poured a 25x10 pad installed a 30amp hook-up and built a little board walk so the DW wouldn't get her shoes dirty, next is a carport to keep her out of the elements when we're not camping

Why go anywhere else? Your site is beautiful, as is the view! It appears that you have all you need to have a great time.

rp53....

We love it!

When do you start taking reservations?

I read you have 30amp.

Do you have options to include water and/or sewer?

Very nice set up. We need to figure out where we are going to live for retirement. I am green with envy. Love the cloud action in your photo by the way.

Thank you all for your kind words it was a labor of love, yes the DW likes the little boardwalk, unfortunately we can't take reservations but thanks for the vote of confidence, as a note we have been thinking of building a small say 30 to 40 site campground for retirement. if so i would want all our sites to look about like what we have. its extremely difficult to locate say 25 to 30 acres that is relatively flat. and wooded in our part of the country. we would like to build one in the roan Mt. state park area of e. tennessee. elevation about 3500 ft.

Georgeous view, especially with those storm clouds in the distance! If you build it, they will come - to steal a line from the move "Field of Dreams". Build the RV park. We will come! We love east TN. Our kids were born in Knoxville and our daughter lives in Chattanooga. We love Towndsend and camping at Fall Creek Falls.

Thanks, highly recommend Hungry Mother State Park in Marion VA, we like The creek side Campground all kinds of stuff to do and Roan Mountain state Park in upper E TN both require early reservation as they are very popular we all ready made our first for Hungry mother next May
