I voted don't care, however I would never own a trailer with one as IMO the money spent for that tidbit could be far better spent on other things such as instant water heater, digital thermostat, higher output A/C as standard, better quality sound systems etc. Also give me a good tabletop grill with a good length hose to hook to my gas line and I am good. The DW and I do not mind in the least walking the few steps into the trailer to the fridge or to wash the few dishes we dirty. And it is something else to secure every time you decide to leave the trailer unattentended.

for the two of us we don't need one. I saw several last year with families that were getting used. I think they serve a purpose just as bunks, slide outs etc. do.

Maybe I shouldn't have used "hate".
I just wanted to know if you think having one is
a good idea or not.....
WE also used to tent camp and cook all meals outside.
I get that some folks want to do that.
Now we prefer the bug free, rain free, wind free inside
kitchen but still often eat out on the Pic-i-nick table
(as Yogi bear used to say)
We also often cook outside on a little Weber charcoal grill.
We have a coleman camp stove in storage for
home use during an ice storm or some power outage.
As mentioned, I'd prefer the added weight/expense
of a duplicate kitchen to be put on some other luxury.
It's purely a personal opinion.
Let's see where the poll ends up

Love mine. Got a sink 3 cabinets, beer fridge and a bumper mounted swing arm grill. Not too mention a decent amount of counter space for prep

I think someone with an outdoor kitchen should come to the "tadpole rally" and demonstrate the grill and beer fridge.

I voted with the like it crowd. I do most of the cooking while we're out camping, and most of our camping is done in the Summer. I like anything that will keep the heat down inside.

I like the idea, I think it would keep the mess out of the trailer.

Have a Rockwood 8293rkss on order with the outside kitchen. It was THE most important thing on our list and we only considered TT with this option. We don't need a bunk house, and the 8293 has a huge bathroom with tons of storage. Our friends have a Laredo with it, and I can tell you it is awesome! Ours will come with a micro and a tv,which he doesn't have on the Laredo. We do most of our cooking outside in the summer, so why wouldn't you want this luxury? Maybe those who vote "no" are trying to rationalize their dismissal of not getting one by saying the money is better spent on upgrades? You only live once, as they say. I'm living my life while I can...you never know what can happen in the future. My mom died at 63, never knowing the joy of retirement. So I'm going to do everything in my power to enjoy my life while I'm still able. So there you have it - my entire philosophy of life. And we don't have kids, so it's not like we're spending anyone's inheritance -LOL!

Just bought the SV305 with outdoor kitchen with bar fridge, sink, and pull out stove top. I'm hoping we like it, will make it much easier to use Magaritaville! Lots of counter space and the extra fridge space for drinkables is also a plus!

We are going to buy a Sierra 355QBQ or 365SAQ, and the outdoor kitchen is one of the reasons for it.

Our theme for quite a few years has been "CAMP COCKTAIL" the outside kitchen will be for mixology more than cooking.

I dont have one, but I would love to have on. To be able to fry up bacon and sausage, and not fill the camper with smoke... that would be great!

It would be nice for convenience when at the campfire. Stops the in and out of the trailer all the time.I wish we had a set up like that cause I'm lazy. Less steps to the beer is good. That's why i ALWAYS have a beer cooler next to my camp chair.

We are upgrading to a fiver, and we are considering the Flagstaff 8528 TBWS (with the outside kitchen) and the 8528 BHSS. I think the outside kitchen will be great, as we do our cooking outside anyway, and this would avoid the need to take my camp stove and fuel along too. Plus the ins and outs to get stuff, drinks, etc. (not lazy, just the constant in and out). We also have 3 kids, so the fewer trips they make up and down the steps and in and out the door to get stuff the better!
