Picked up our new Rockwood today!

YAY! We got to pick up our new TT today! We have been tent campers for 25 years so needless to say this has been a long time coming! LOL Of course we had torrential rains on pick up day, which wouldn't be so bad except our driveway turns into a mud bog. The F250 wouldn't pull the TT up the hill due to spinning tires so I came to the rescue with my Jeep and pulled the truck and the TT up the hill. 😀 I swear I am never getting rid of my Jeep! Not the first time I've had to come to my hubby's rescue and get him unstuck. Lol
It's not by the house yet but at least it's on the property. Now it needs to dry up so we can get it the rest of the way to the house so we can play with it! Poor thing is sitting over there all by its lonesome across the mud bog. Yes, fixing the driveway is in the very near future. Lol Click image for larger version

Congrats! It looks good where it is, probably okay to just hang out and enjoy it right there until you can move it. Enjoy

Looks like you bought a Rockwood 2304DS which is the same kind I purchases a month ago. Wife and I loves it. It's perfect for a couple. You will enjoy the two slides, makes it very roomy. Enjoy

Yes we did! It's so hard finding a smaller TT that will work for a wheelchair but the open floor plan is perfect! Widening the bathroom door is the only modification we have to do. Can't wait to take it on the road!

Thanks everyone!! We are really excited! Can't wait to go on our first trip! It dried up enough to get it to the house yesterday but still had to use the Jeep to get it through the mud pit. 😂 I. WILL. NEVER. GET. RID. OF. MY. JEEP. Lol

Desperately seeking a 2304DS

We are desperately looking for one of these to look at. We currently have a 23ikss hybrid that has a really great open floor plan with an island, but I'm frankly tired of climbing over my husband to get in and out of the bunks. I've been using our fold out sofa so I don't have to anymore, so we want to see this 2304DS. I think it is a great floorplan, very similar to our ikss, but without the island (which I really am not attached to). We never have guests, so we don't need all the sleep space in our current hybrid. I'm sure some nice big family will love our hybird, but I would love to take a physical look at this 2304DS before I make my choice.

If anyone here can measure the floor length from the front of the sink to the front of the couch, and the front of the stove to the front of the dinette I sure would appreciate it!
