Portable heaters

I been doing some research and did find others in this forum who use portable heaters in lieu of trailers furnace because of the propane usage for the coming winter. Temps as low as 25 this week at night. My rig is plugged into shore power(friend's house), so a 1500 watt heater is not recommended. I have checked out Herk's wall mount one, but a little pricey and will not work with my small trailer, lack of wall space. I have found 2 ideal candidates, under 1000 watts, I need only to heat small trailer, under 150 sq ft and was wondering if anyone uses them or something similar? Here are their links:

We use a small portable heater in our Windjammer. It is 1500 watts on high and 750 on low power. Usually use it on low so as to not over draw our circuits. We move it from the LR to the BR depending on where we are. It does a good job and we are happy with it.

Home Fusion Ceramic Heater Fan 1500W. During the evenings we place it on the stove top and it will keep the living area comfortable during the cribbage games...on those cold evenings/mornings we move it to the BR area which keeps both the bed & bath rooms quite comfortable. We close the hallway bed & bath room doors. If the night temps are going to be cool/cold we set the furnace to 60-62. First one up turns on the PH. Nothing like a warm bed/bath rm in the morning. This works for us.
I'm thinking of installing a dedicated circuit breaker and outlets in the Windjammer just for the PH. ANY THOUGHTS

X2 on the low wattage setting. If the power cord is getting warm, your are drawing too much to chance when you have your eyes closed! I set mine to come on just before the furnace boots up and have changed out the slider t-stat for a digital Coleman-Mach

my question for cold camping, how do you protect the water lines and drains? or are you just sleeping in there and its winterized.

Well we ended up with this unit, bought it at Wally World. Couldn't find the ones I wanted from the Walmart website, they said they have this heater in stock, soliel brand. Went to pick it but no soliel brand on shelf but found a suitable one and very good one if I might add.

It's made by Heat Wave, Blythe Tabletop Infrared Quartz Heater. 1400 watts, manual says it great using 15 amp circuit. Our TT is plugged on shore power, no tripped breakers and furnace hasn't come on since. It's an awesome heater and very quiet unit. I would recommend this for any one doing cold weather camping, as we are full timing in friends driveway. Here is a picture of it. We also paid the 3 dollars to have the 2yr extended warranty too from walmart, very good deal.
