Posting Etiquette (Dealer Performance)

I read a lot of threads on this forum about members having issues with certain dealerships, manufacturers, service garages etc. Most often the forum members do not name the offending party. I think it may be out of fear for any repercussions or just perhaps they feel it is not proper etiquette. For me, I would like to know the name of bad dealerships so that I may have that knowledge if I ever come in contact with them. Is the naming of "bad" vendors proper etiquette or against forum rules.

I agree with you- without knowing who they are how can "we" or even "the vendor" know of a problem and avoid it.

Go to the Dealer Reviews forum here

Be honest.
The forum is not the place to get issues resolved but just a place to
say my dealer is good because or bad because......
Long rants aren't likely to be read by a lot of folks.

Maybe the best plan would be a short post in this section, saying you've posted a Dealer Review , then put the details in the Dealer Review section, with names.
