Problem with RV Warranty in Timely Manner

We have a 2012 Georgetown, and it's been in repair for over six weeks. The problems are not major, just breaking in a new rig, but they say they haven't gotten warranty approval. Is this normal for Forest River, or am I getting jerked around by Orlando RV in Orlando, Florida?

I have not dealt with Orlando RV - If you think you are being jerked around by them - I would call the factory and ask if they have been calling about your Motorhome and state the fact that it is a 2012 and how long it has been in repair for.

I bought my 2306 from Tropical RV Sales in Fort Pierce and luckily I havent had to bring it back for any service.

from what i've read, issues like yours are usually the dealer, not the manufacturer.
not saying FR has never dropped the ball, but i can't tell you how many posts i've read like yours, condemning the manufacturer, only to find out the dealer was lying through their teeth!
