Problems, Problems, Problems....

Can anyone on this forum provide to me the email address or contact information for the Forest River CEO? I'm sick and tired of dealing with the ongoing leaking issues I'm having with a BRAND NEW 2015 Wildwood DLX and the lack of understanding and support I'm getting from their "service" contacts at Forest River. It's nearing attorney time, but I wanted to give it one last shot before getting ugly. Thanks!

Don't know if this will help or not, as it may be a duplicate of what you have already tried.

Forest River Contact Information

I do have to forewarn you of our site guidelines here though. Once you start talking attorneys or lawsuits, then we are most likely going to close or delete the thread.

This thread may help explain it, so you can understand why you don't want to state certain things in the open forum.

why threads are shut down

We do hope you can get all the problems solved

File a BBB complaint. That's what it took for me to finally get their attention.

Where are you located? If this is a West region unit try to contact her

rolson@forestriverinc.com They have different divisions so not sure which one you have but if this is incorrect maybe they can direct you where to go. Good luck and do not give up and remain calm when dealing as this was the approach I took and got very good results with my issues. Keep us posted and hopefully we can help you enjoy your new camper.

you will accomplish nothing by threatening the top management with lawyers. Your best bet is to take a deep breath and find a calmer route to fix the issues. Most of us have had issues to deal with, and it's done without lawyers.

For the most part, when you get to the right person at FR you will get a fair resolution ( yes there are exceptions or unreasonable expectations). As with most corporations today, once you mention legal action, employees are told to cease any communications and let the legal dept handle it. This almost always results in delays and at best you will get a resolution eventually, at worst you get nothing but more frustration. History here has shown communications usually results in the quickest and best resolution.
