Progressive Dynamics converter boost mode
I have a New PD 4655 replacement converter. I am plugged into shore power with a fully charged battery and I’m running the air conditioner. NOTHING 12v is on except the CO detector and fridge electronics (the fridge is on gas) but the charge wizard light is showing the converter is in boost mode (solid green light.) Is this normal?
When I got up this morning after not running the a/c all night it was in normal mode, but is now back in boost mode while running the a/c again. There shouldn’t be any significant 12v draw that I can see it necessitating it going into boost mode.
