On Sundays? Psha. Want to impress me? Tell me where I can go at 1am in the morning for refills! Because Lord knows, that's the only time I run out.

I think I could make a full time job following you around with full thirty lb tanks.

Morning Sam, morning Ralph

I laugh.

And then I'm sad.

You don't need to dispose of old ones just yet.

I just had one of my 20 lb bottles I use for my grill re-certified at my local Ferrellgas dealer. It was $5 for the re-cert, $1 for "hazmat fee" and $19 for refill, plus a buck and change for tax; so a total of $26 and change.

The re-cert is good for 5 yrs. As long as it passes, you should be able to re-cert it indefinitely.

Here's their website. They have a dealer locator there.

I had one expire. I just exchanged it at the gas station for a new filled tank. It seems exchange is the new thing around here so I tried it. It wasn't really that expensive.

Most Co Op gas stations in Saskatchewan have propane and they are open Sunday. For example there are 4 in Moose Jaw, and 3 of them are open on Sunday (The Ag Center is closed).

Yes, that's an option. However, I take good care of my tanks, and don't wish to end up with one that hasn't been taken care of.

Bought brand new tank with gauge for $25 at Costco filled it for $6.11. I usually will take old one to one of the trade yours in for a refill. That way you do not need to worry about disposal or getting it re certified. BJs also fills tanks for same price as Costco and a lot easier than at Costco. Later RJD
