I have to consider where to go from here. Companies need to be held accountable to produce products that meet the requirements of their intended use, not just to last just beyond the standard factory warrenty and then fall apart.

It adds insult to injury, when they give you no option of how to fix/ repair their product as it is a one off item from a third party with a special blend that they will not share.

I'm reasonably sure that none of the RV manufacturers are QS or ISO rated.

Its kind of hard to ask a question about Quality Control because the only place it exists is on the brochure and website, and Fantasy Island.

If you're talking about QC in the RV brochures and websites, I agree with you. However,in many industries, its more than just a meaningless saying.

And remember, to have a good QC,you need an equally good QA (Quality Assurance). They go hand in hand.

At least Tatoo would probably be able to crawl into some small spaces, run wires in a neat manner and clean out the never ending debris that the folks on the line enjoy leaving for the purchaser.

When I was in school, there was a quote they told us to remember. " It is the Quality Managers job to maintain that level of quality, set by upper management, at a minimum cost." It is very clear that when a bunch of hedge fund managers from ten years ago decide to venture into the RV industry, quality is the last thing on there mind.
