Rain, Rain go away!

Well, our Florida trip has been nothing but rain. They say it's rained more then the last 20 years. I expected rain in July and August, but not this much, day in and day out. I'm starting to get camping fever, lol.

Sorry to hear your trip has been so unpleasant. When we lived in Tidewater VA, we got a thunderstorm every afternoon from late June through early September. It showed up around 3:00 pm and dumped 3" of rain in 45 minutes, then went away. In the temperatures there, the water on the ground was converted to humidity in no time. I was very glad when the opportunity to move back to Washington State came.

For the last 6 weeks here, we've had blue skies and sunshine, some morning mist (usually gone by 10:00), highs in the 70s and humidity around 35%. Some folks in the neighborhood wonder why we have an RV - most of them have boats.
