Rear bunk tv hookup

Does anyone know what the audio and video in the rear bunk areas are for and where do they go to? I have a2013 Sandpiper SAQ and my dealer and the service dept. are of no help.

Look in the lower shelf. They are in there too. Just tidier than running cables up through the grommet. This is only if your connections are via RCA's off course. Anything else will have to go through the grommet.
On our walk through we were also told that its fed from the living room. Otherwise, you play a DVD on the living room system and you can see it in the bunk room if connected from those plugs. I have not tried that cause have a separate DVD player in kids room anyway. Hope it helps

Bunk TV

Thanks for the help! I have plugged the RCA cables into the TV and put a dvd in entertainment center but no signal to bunk tv. Is there a switch on the Jensen to send a signal to the bunk area?

Not that I am aware of! As I say I have not tried it and not even totally sure it's really the case anyway. We just put a separate DVD player in the kids room anyway. Another reason is that if you are playing a DVD in the living area, the sound from it overrides the radio or iPod or whatever you may be playing already through the speakers. If you are outside listening to music you are forced to turn that speaker off or listen to what's playing on DVD. I'd go with the separate player

Thanks! I think that will be a good solution.

We are leaving on a week long trip tomorrow. I'll investigate some more on whether the bunk room is fed from the main system and let you know.
