Rear slide (hard slide) recommendations.

We have a Flagstaff 625D pop-up and we are looking to upgrade to a travel trailer.

I don't want anything too long because of the traffic where we live. So I'm looking for a unit with a rear slide.

It needs to have bunks and it would be nice if it had a side slide also. Oh and I need to be able to get in the fridge and some cabinets when the slides are in. (We hate this about our pop-up).

I'd like to keep the length to 25' or less when on the road.

Any recommendations or ones to avoid ?

since this is a Forest River forum, are you looking for a FR recommendation or any recommended rear slide brand?
since not many rear slides are made, your choices are very limited.
Outback seems to have the most choices of rear slide floorplans and many have a king bed.
as far as i know, FR makes only about 3 rear slide floorplans. i'd recommend you look at the Surveyor 235. has the length you want and big bunks, with a king bed slide.

Really any brand because the selection is so limited.

I found the outbacks, but didn't really see anything that I liked.

I'll check out the Surveyor 235.

We have had our 235 for about 5 years now and love it. Several other brands have a similar layout; Flagstaff (V-lite) Keystone Outback 21RS. The 235 is the lightest and the lowest (less air resistance, more stable towing).
