Since joining this forum I have read tales of trouble and questionable ethics from dealers regarding the FR extended warranty and after market service contracts sold as warranties. Two days ago I got a packet from Tropical RV which had my temp tag, sales contract and the FR extended warranty for $150 application. I can't say enough how nice it is dealing with a business in this industry that has integrity. Our Roo is going to be delivered to our front door either Friday or Saturday.

Also, thanks for posting the positive side. Hopefully it will help someone in your area that is interested in buying an RV.

Don't forget to get that 2nd Year Warranty form filled out and sent in.

I believe we hear all the bad stories because many are looking for a solution. You have a great dealer and we want to know who and where it is.
I would also consider writing a letter after your rig arrives to make them know how much you appreciate a great dealer and you will spread the word here in the forum. Make sure you fill out and mail in for your extended warranty from Forest River. It must be sent in within the first week after you recive your trailer.

Totally agree with Iggy. People always make sure you hear the bad but seem to be far less vocal when happy. So yes let your dealer know how you feel. I make sure I let ours know.

He purchased from the same dealer I did - Tropical RV - which is located in Ft Pierce, Florida - I have been dealing with Dane and so far I have no issues with them and highly recommend them as well.

I also ordered from the same Dealer and take delivery of my 2306 - Wednesday March 9th.

I did not get any papaerwork in the mail but sould be recieving it when I go there to pick it up.
