Refrigerator fan replacement

I got 2 new computer fans to replace the old ones in my LOUD Dometic refrigerator. When I pulled the top back panel off, no fan in sight. Same with the bottom panel. No fan. Does this mean I'm going to have to pull the fridge out to replace the fans?!? Thanks in advance for any help!

I had to look down from top vent to see fan. May have to remove the piece of paneling to get a large enough area to work.
