Refrigerator Snap Disc Temperature Setting

I added exhaust fans in the upper chamber of my side vent Clipper refrigerator and a variable setting snap disc thermostat in the upper air chamber near the (condenser?) fins control the fans. My question is - what temperature should I set the snap disc thermostat to? I have an On range of 90F to 130F with the Off value 20 degrees below that. Thanks.

I would have them come on at 90* When I added fans to my class A I had the snap disc for the fans at 90* and the snap disc supplying power to the 90* disc set at 140* hooked to the lower tubing so that the fans would not run unless the frig was actually working and hot.
