Rent your RV
Hello I am just curious I have been coming across a lot of rent your RV websites that could make a lot of money and I was wondering if anyone has rented their travel trailer through these websites and if you have is it worth it with all the people using your equipment, where in tear etc.

I would not rent my RV to anyone for 1 cent less that the full purchase price. Just don't do it.

When we had a pop-up we had friends that asked to rent it out from us for a weekend. We always turned them down. For us there was just too much that could possibly go wrong. Would they know exactly how to pack everything up? Would they be sure everything was un-hooked before taking off? What happens if something is damaged?
I know at least if I do the damage myself, it's my own stupid fault and I have no one else to blame. I can't image the process you'd have to go through if someone else damaged your RV because you let them borrow/rent it.
Not even to mention all the personal stuff we usually kept inside it. Cooking utensils, towels, tools, toys, chairs, etc...
Even if there was written and signed documentation, I'd still be wary.
Just my two cents.

Also, if you do the damage, you know about it. If someone else does the damage, you may not find it right away.
I wouldn't do it, either.
