We had to put our precious Bubbles down in October and I still get choked up but it is getting a bit easier. DW mentioned today about getting another dog but not sure if I am ready Time will (and has to an extent) heal the emptiness that the little 20 pound mutt left And yes it definitely will be hard the 1st trip of the year, he loved camping as much as we did.

Have you considered fostering? No lifetime commitment and you give a dog a second chance, and then another
