Roadtrip breakdown.... I need advice right now

We are in Arkansas on holiday. Our newly installed ( still under warranty) domtec 13500 air conditioner has stopped working. We can not travel in this heat without it. What is the best thing to do? Should we call domtec and then find a rv dealer to fix it, or is there a secret to troubleshooting this if it stops working? The fans still run but no air comes out. Please help
Thanks

I would call Dometec since it is a new unit. Since it has conked out very soon after it was installed, it may be a bad unit to start with.

Call Dometic or go online to their web site and find the closest Dometic authorized service facility.

Can you hear the compressor humming at all? With fan on do you just get warm air out of vents or nothing blowing at all? Could be coil freezing up if no air flow.

The air is blowing but no cold at all. We can not hear the compressor. On the bright side we took the advice posted and searched the domtec site and found an authorized dealer near by. So we will head there in the a.m.
The weather has dropped to 85 degrees tonight so with all windows open we will be o.k. If not cool.
Thanks all for the quick advice, we are sitting in a parking lot getting this wifi signal from a church!

Hope you find a simple solution or get it repaired asap as nothing worse than sleeping in hot humid trailer.

When I was a kid, my parents had a school bus that they converted to an RV. Every single trip something broken that RV. And we had no air at all.... So I will count my blessings and believe for the best tomorrow.
Thanks

If you are near a Wal-mart, run out and get a fan. It is better than nothing until you get the A/C fixed. Been there, done that. so we keep one in the trailer all the time now.
