Roof replacement

Has anyone had to replace a Rubber Roof? Mine is on a 2006 Forest River Georgetown. 12 years old and no leaks but shows it's age. My options are replace the rubber with new rubber or try a product called RV Armor. Cost is about the same per foot. The bonus with the RV Armor is on and done. No maintenance. Does anyone have a bad or good experience with this?

I haven't done it but on the Dutchmen forum several people have. Nothing but rave reviews on RV Armor or similar. I think only issue I hear was it adds about 150 lbs (I think).

That's good to hear. If 150 pounds is all it adds, I try to get my wife to pack less. Really how many shoes do you really need?
