Roof washing EPDM

I have a 2016 and just washed it for the first time. It has been outside for 2 years. I used thetford roof wash/conditioner. Scrubbed it good to get all the black off. However, now after it dried a few days, it's chaulky and running off when wet. Is this normal or should I rewash/condition?

Did you rinse the roof good may just be residue from the product left on the roof. this is a guess on my part so take it for what its worth.

Yes, I rinsed it for a long time. that was one of my guesses also. I think that I will rinse it once more and apply 303 protectant on it.
