We found blue rope lights at Wally-World in the lighting section, a couple years ago. Hooked 4 Strands together and they go all around but for the very rear of the MH. Have a full length mud flap across the back so I havenít bothered to add another string to light up that area yet. Use 120v and looking for my timer to use...know itís here some where....

We will put them around the underside of our fifth wheel when we camp host. We leave them on all night, but they are LED and take very little power. We buy ours the day after Christmas at Walmart when they go on 50% clearance. Sometimes, we can get them a few days before Christmas at this price.

I purchase as many as I can find and we just store them at home until we need to get them out to replace a bad set. If they are stepped/driven on repeatedly, they will sometimes go out and need to be replaced.

It's that time of the year, so I will have a few $$ put back, just for that purpose. I have also resold them to other camping friends if they are in need of them.

Look for them the day after Christmas marked down considerable... I have found those 120 V rope lights at Home Depot in years past, both in varied LED colors and solid colors...

Just keep your eyes peeled as Lowes always have them dirt cheap when they go on sale. I for one have mine mounted on the frame of my camper. 12 volt and I have a choice of of what colors to have plus can random to all different colors. Later RJD

Never thought about perimeter lights like that, will have to check it out. Our TT has led lights along awning and frame mount. They work well lighting the area. Click image for larger version
