I believe I'd be slightly more than mad and finding me another dealer as quickly as possible. There is NO excuse for that.
Even had you dropped it off for service and it took weeks to complete or it took an extended time for you to get there to pick it up, the trailer is in their 'care' while on their lot.
Totally dead batteries are often impossible to bring back to life. Shame on them for not disconnecting the batteries, (and then reconnecting them at pick-up) or keeping it plugged in until you got there.
