Passive law enforcement, I love it. They learned from California and OJ. Now if they would just give out speeding tickets the same way. Pull up behind the speeder, flip on the lights, take a picture of the vehicle and plates, let you go on to work, hospital, church, or wedding chapel, (you had to be going somewhere important). Send the ticket to your home address, no stress, no delays, no lecture.
True but have we come to the conclusion the suspect is actually the owner of the RV?
I am guessing most legit owners would not treat their RV like that.
The owner was probably talking to a LEO while the chase was occurring.
