RV and stomach troubles??

For the past 6 weeks, we have been passing a stomach bug around between the 7 of us and two RVs. Some of us have had it more than once - weeks apart. Includes All the symptoms of such an illness, feeling pretty rotten for 36 hours......we are wondering if it could be coming from one of the rvs? Is that a silly notion? We are doing our best to clean, wash hands, etc. Anyone ever experienced something like this?

This is just a guess - do you drink the water from the camper? If you think its a case of GI distress, it could be caused by a bug in your water system. Think about disinfecting the fresh water tank and lines again if you hadn't done so already.

Note that I am not saying its bad to drink the water (we do it all the time) but you do need to run bleach through it every year.

Did you sanitize the water system this year ?? Maybe the water source has bad water ??

thanks for the info

We have considered a water source, but use bottled water for cooking and drinking. We have only had the rvs since February, but have been a several campgrounds in the past several months. Thanks for your responses.

Thinking along the same lines as Triguy... what about brushing teeth or making ice?

Seems really strange that y'all would be passing it back and forth so consistently.
