I don't know about 500 miles but I do know our dealer will go 150 miles to Indiana Beach from Illinois to repair park models they sell. They have even sent the mechanic to our home to replace an oven vent that we lost on a trip and then another time they sent him out to check out the concertone and solve a problem we had with it. Both times it saved us from having to hook up to the tow vehicle and go to the dealer and we don't even have a park model.
