Hi guys did any of you try Good Sam's Club. I got a good rate of 345.00 for 6/months coverage with liability coverage as well. They let you drop the liability coverage during the winter months during storage.

When it comes to insurance we all may not be comparing apples to apples. Price can vary with actual coverage & deductibles among other things.

Have house & vehicles with State Farm, for our 268RKS Vibe Extreme Lite (37k full retail) with $250 deductible & total cost replacement is $209.00 a year. When researching, got a quote from GS and it was around $600 a year (They rebate up to 53% if it's stored for most of the time) and the only additional 'perk' to theirs was the up to $3000 cost of destroyed contents. Regular homeowners covers thefts.

I went from Progressive to Good Sam's and got much better coverage for less money. I have had nothing but grief and fighting with Progressive. Flat out the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will do whatever they can to dot pay or only pay a portion of what they should.

I have pr gressive, I have insurance through USAA and progressive writes their RV and motorcycle policies.

I pay 328 a year, that is for a total purchase price/replacement cost policy with comp and collision, with 1000 deductible. My wife barely has a license (tickets and accidents) and that raised my rate a tad but they have accident forgiveness and vanishing deductibles.

I'm not a fan of Progressive either but from the side of being hit by one of their drivers. They gave me a letter stating that their driver was 100% at fault and then refused to authorize repairs on my new 3 month old truck.

However, there seem to be many happy Progressive customers out there.

Are you sure of the liability coverage? My understanding is that liability is covered under your auto insurance.

That sounds familiar. They fought me on my medical expenses and I ended up retaining an attorney. It got ugly after that and u was treated so badly by their attorney and adjuster. Half way through the process I was contacted by my insurance agent and was told to find another insurance company for my MH. I had Progressive at that time. I settled for a less than fair amount and they will cover my injury for ever or so they say. I would be shocked if they do and I expect I will need surgery again on my shoulder. As far as I'm concerned they are unethical and very aggressive in denying payments.
