RV lingo

New to RVin and RV forums and I am unsure what DW and DH are. I am figuring hubby and wife. But can't figure out the D part. Can someone shed some light on this?? 😊

See if this helps with all the acronyms. We try to update it from time to time:

You are correct on the husband" and "wife" part. "D" usually stands for "dear", but could stand for other adjectives, depending on the speaker's (or typist's, in this case) frame of mind.

Similarly, DS = Dear Son and DD = Dear Daughter. Note that you will rarely, if ever, see DM-I-L

Welcome to the forum

You'll catch the lingo real quick, especially with the link for the acronyms.
