RV mattress upgrade?

Wondering if any of you have upgraded your mattress? We have the standard mattress that came with out ML 21DS and the wife claims it it too hard and hurts her hips after a nights sleep! We added a 2" foam pad but may not be enough. The bed to me feed pretty good but .....

We added a good quality 3" foam topper, made all the difference.

When we were at Goshen we bought a new mattress for about $500. I was one of the best investments we made. DW now prefers that one over the one at home.

We got a sleep number like in our house. Definitely beats the OEM mattress.

mattressinsider.com Their 8" Cool-Max is great. Had it about a year. Spent three months out and couldn't be happier. Just bought a new coach and DW made it clear if we couldn't swap mattress it was a deal breaker. We ain't lightweights so we test it good.

The Serta Queen that came in ours caused the same thing for the DW.
Complained about her hips.

We bought a 3" foam topper with a 2" quilted pillow top cover from JC Penny.
She sleeps great now.
