When we were at Goshen we bought a new mattress for about $500. I was one of the best investments we made. DW now prefers that one over the one at home.

We got a sleep number like in our house. Definitely beats the OEM mattress.

mattressinsider.com Their 8" Cool-Max is great. Had it about a year. Spent three months out and couldn't be happier. Just bought a new coach and DW made it clear if we couldn't swap mattress it was a deal breaker. We ain't lightweights so we test it good.

The Serta Queen that came in ours caused the same thing for the DW.
Complained about her hips.

We bought a 3" foam topper with a 2" quilted pillow top cover from JC Penny.
She sleeps great now.

Mattress

I have used nothing but Sleep Number and my wife and I can set up each of our sides however we want. God forbid you ever get sick, you can change the mattress to many different setting to avoid bed sores.
