RV Port homes?
Does anyone have any information regarding such communities in NC, SC, TN? We have a new 37 ft travel trailer not a coach.
Thanks

I have to ask. Where did you get the term "RV Port Homes" and what does it mean? I waged that you're looking for a seasonal site for your TT.

Online.....No looking for a possible rv park that has a small casita or home where you can park your camper for a few months like from Nov-April and have it parked next to you seems popular in TX and AZ

Not aware of any in the SE for TT, I have seen a few for MH. I have seen several communities in the SW that have RV Ports. Most seem to be geared for MH, though I have seen a few for 5vers.
I have a buddy that has a large well insulated steel building in WI where he parks his Airstream for a couple of months in the winter and lives in it, before they depart for the SW.

If you want to come further south, here's one in Gulf Shores, Alabama...

I watched their little sales blurb movie to get a better idea of the concept. As others have said, it's a small home designed for use by motor coach owners, but I don't see why any type of RV wouldn't work.
I had to smile as the motor home featured in the sales movie has Montana tags. I'd be talking to a lawyer long before I put my name on a property deed.

Id be surprised if any allowed travel trailers, based on the ones I've seen.
