RV Show In MN

I am sure most of you already know but just wanted to let you know that the RV Show at the Minneapolis Convention Center starts on Thursday February 5. My Wife and i will be there that day. I am looking forward to it. It is 15 degrees below zero as i type this so i am having a little "cabin fever"

Well, i actually went to this RV show and have to say i was pretty disappointed. The prices were horrible and always love the show price signs they hang on the rv's. I also have to say i am extremely disappointed in the rv dealers of MN. I tried my best to get a decent price for a 2009 Wolf Pack RV and nobody in this state felt like dealing so i actually purchased our new rig from Cheyenne Camping center in Walcott Iowa. They had an identical one of these at the show and believe it or not i saved over $4000 from Cheyenne. The people i talked to at Shorewood RV were extremely rude and i am so glad i didn't deal with them....... Sorry just had to vent a little.

I'll agree that there wasn't much attractive pricing at the Mpls show. On the other hand, prices are often heavily discounted even in good times. They really can't sell for much less and make any money. They have to stay in business. We purchased from Shorewood last year. Very nice people. Trailer was delivered in awesome condition. Sometimes manufacturers will contribute to lowering the price on certain trailers. Perhaps your Iowa dealer had a special arrangement with the manufacturer.
