Safe T Alert 35/ 742

The LP alarm started going off yesterday and was stopped using mute button. It was flashing red with an annoying beeping sound! It happened again this morning! Alarm was replaced a year ago. We’ve been in unit all summer first it happened. No sign of propane order at all!! Suggestions please!! Also does power need to be off to remove and replace!! I was thinking of replacing it with the ones used in homes. Thoughts??

Check your rvs 'house' battery. A low battery usually causes this ear piercing alarm.... whether you are plugged into shore power or not.

We had this happen while driving on a trip. Turning the house battery 'off' solved the problem til we could get the battery charged/replaced.
