We have been thinking of museum tape (OC and I think alike ) to secure our Keurig to the counter -- problem is, this is a $200 experiment and I have not had the guts yet to experiment

Try it on something of similar wt and size, but not as expensive if you're scared.

When we first got ours it had rubber feet on it, that along with the weight of the Keurig it stayed put on the counter when traveling. I have since replaced the rubber feet with felt pads so DW can move it around and clean the countertop. So when traveling now it's placed on the floor between the slide and the island. DW now happy w.
