Meh, I'd hook the UT to the golf cart to move it around.
Easy combo to hookup and pull around but I doubt you could back it up far without being able to see the UT.
As for the hitch, I would not even.

RB - perhaps they just pulled in and did the bare necessary things - chocked, power etc and the guy is inside enjoining a cold brewski before doing the rest.
It looks like it's early in the day so he has time to finish settling in.

Nope, California only allows 2 trailers on semis, Nevada allows 3. Trucking company's will run to the state line and change configurations as needed.

That's right - now hooking up the second and/or third trailer would take skill and probably a guide person to do - no man handling the second or third trailer.
Anyone got a YouTube video of that being done?

No video but I did watch it being done in a truck stop once.
Way more work than I'd want to do........

New York will allow semi triples only on the thruway. I've seen them on the Interstate in Kansas also. There may be other states beside Nevada and Kansas that allow them on Interstate highway since there aren't as many cities to go through. Once they come off of a restricted access highway they have to come apart. UPS and many of the major carriers pull triples where allowed. The laws for semi's come under more scrutiny than RV's. You have to be careful around them. There has been cases where they passed a car and the car driver wanted to pull over in the passing lane and thought when the second trailer passed it was clear, since the third trailer would be in their blind spot it wouldn't be a pretty site.

He probably hooks the trailer to the RV after the RV is hooked to the TV and vice versa if he has to back into a spot.
The trailer is probably light enough to handle by hand and the cycle is probably loaded after the trailer is hooked and vice versa before the trailer is unhooked.
Don't make it harder than it has to be.

hi B47. that was my comment about backing it up. I said it light hearted. I agree. No need to make it more complicated.

No big deal when we hauled doubles (Fifth wheel and boat, then bumper pull and boat later on). Pull up near campsite, unhook boat and push it out of the way, back camper in and set up. Leaving, pull camper out, back up to boat, hook up and leave. Pretty simple. Longest rig bumper to bumper we had was 84 feet. Only did that locally. The fifth wheel / boat combo was more around 72 feet I think. All that said, our set up was NOT like that picture with the clamp on hitch set up.

You have to look close. Looks like someone was using a Hoola Hoop as the target for practicing his casting. This at the Antique Capital RV Park in Gladewater, TX.

It helps if the 2nd trailer has a swivel wheel on the tongue jack.
