Seen it first hand

While traveling on rout 40 to hickory we came upon a pop up camper being towed by a full size Chevrolet blazer swaying so bad that it almost hit the car passing them I hung back for we were next then it happened a tire blew ripping the side of the pop up open like a tin can . Barely controlling the rig they made it to the side of the road. Hopefully lesson learned no sway controle on it and over 70 mph at the time of the blow out ,they will problem blame it on the tires and not the fact that the side walls can't handle over a mile of severe sway.
