So, how does everyone handle the payment for their unit? In the past, I accepted a cashiers check and no problems. (1994) NOW, lots of fake checks, etc.
Meet at your bank. I had a loan on the one I sold, and the buyer’s bank, which was also mine, did all the paper work. If I didn’t have a loan I would still have them come to the bank so everything could be secure. Especially with cash, then I could deposit it right away.
