Service turn around times

I just wanted a quick gut/sanity check. I called up a FR dealer to do some minor warranty work, oil change and the likes before heading into the camping season. The soonest they had (2 weeks ago) was today. So, I drove down there, dropped it off, and then I was told it'd be 7 to 10 days. This is my first RV, so is this the typical type of service times? I mean, I had an appointment and such... thoughts? (Not to mention this is going to totally screw my Memorial Day trip!)

A week to ten days is not unusual for service turn around. Could be longer in the spring as everyone is getting ready for the camping season. Working with the Service Department can be helpful today and in the future.
