Sewage Odor in Bank Bunk Closet Near Vent Pipe
Just started to notice it last few days. Ways to troubleshoot this? Thanks for your help! And Happy 4th!

Swing by your local big box store (Lowes/Menards/Home Depot) and pick up a new air admittance valve...

Chances are the diaphragm in the valve is bad or hung up. Unscrew and reinstall hand tight.
