Cool Sewer Fitting

I have a sewer hose for my RV but does any one know what the piece that connects from the hose, has an elbow shape and goes in the ground connection? I am needing to get one to keep my sewer hose from popping out.

If the ground pipe is not threaded then you just place the 45 degree elbow in the pipe and place a rock/wood on it to keep it from popping out. Not really anything else you can do.

I just submitted a post with a photo of a foam seal for sewer hoses, but the photo failed. Sorry. Foam seals (donuts) are available at most RV stores, Amazon, etc. Not expensive.
