Not sure when this video was actually made, but it seems like the Climate Control switch hasn't been put on Dometic fridges for quite some time, near as I can tell.
Instead, the heater is on all the time. It is fed power from the inside light. I've attached a document on how to disconnect the heater. (If you boondock, the heater draws about 0.5 amps!).
If you don't mind losing the inside light, you can just pull the wire off Pin J2 in the back of the fridge.
